Liability for links
With the judgment from September 12, 1999 - 312 O 85/99 - Liability
for Links - the Landgericht Hamburg adjudged that whosoever publishes
a link, is responsible for the contents of the said link, should the
occasion arise. As determined by the Landgericht, this judgment can
only be suspended when the publisher of the link explicitly divests
himself from all responsibility concerning the content. Herewith, we
explicitly dissociate from any liability concerning the contents of any
web links or any forms of graphic materials and claim in no way ownership
thereof. Any offence against applicable laws, public policy or good morals
that come to our attention result in an instant cancellation of links,
